Shipping, Refunds, and Exchanges
I really care about the quality of the art as well as the packing and shipping! I will package and ship your painting within 1 to 3 days once payment has been processed you’ll receive a tracking number once shipped. (I strongly suggest insuring your purchase).
Please inspect your new piece of art very carefully to make sure that damages did not occur while shipping. Please contact me within 24 hours if any damage occurred so I can resolve the issue quickly. You must hold on to all original packaging in order for a claim to be processed. If the original packaging is not available, I am not able to help in the claim process and it is your full responsibility.
It is my top priority that my paintings are of the highest quality and that you have a worry free experience.

I will be shipping your paintings through UPS. Shipping prices vary from country to country. Please contact me prior to purchasing for a more exact shipping quote. I strongly recommend insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting, you have 14 days to return it to me in all the original packaging that it came in. Please return it through FedEx or UPS with insurance (the value of the painting listed) to make sure it is delivered back in reselling condition. Once received and inspected for damages, you will then be credited the subtotal price minus any shipping costs back to your account.
